MENTOURING& INTERNSHIPS
People of colour often struggle to enter conservation careers due to the scarcity of paid internships and prevalence of voluntary positions.
Internships are vital for progression in conservation so we're providing paid internships and career-focused mentoring to future Black British conservationists.
